Police arrested a 27-year-old Hunupitiya resident in Kiribathgoda on July 4 over alleged possession of duty-free foreign cigarettes, foreign liquor and liquid chemicals used for e-cigarettes. Officers seized 14,600 cigarette sticks, 28 bottles of foreign liquor and 71.8 kilograms of e-cigarette liquid, and Kiribathgoda Police are continuing investigations.
