The Court of Appeal dismissed a revision application filed by Yoshitha Rajapaksa in the money laundering case known as the Menik Malla case.
The Court of Appeal dismissed a revision application filed by Yoshitha Rajapaksa in the money laundering case known as the Menik Malla case. The application challenged a Colombo High Court ruling that had rejected a preliminary objection raised by the defence, and the judgment was delivered by Justices Amal Ranaraja and Sumudu Premachandra.
