A new apartment complex for low-income families was opened in Kirulapone on July 4 under the Colombo Urban Regeneration Programme. Newswire reported that The Residencies Kirulapone has two residential towers, 624 units and a project cost of Rs. 5.784 billion, funded by the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and implemented through the Urban Development Authority.
