The National Water Supply and Drainage Board announced a 12-hour water cut for Colombo and several surrounding areas on Saturday, July 4, from 9.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. The interruption is linked to essential maintenance at the Mulleriyawa power substation affecting the Ambatale Water Treatment Plant, along with improvement work at the Dehiwala and Maligawatta pumping stations.
