The government has issued a new extraordinary gazette amending the colour-coding rules for sugar levels in liquid foods under the Food Act.
The government has issued a new extraordinary gazette amending the colour-coding rules for sugar levels in liquid foods under the Food Act. The revised rules require clearer and more uniform display of red, amber and green sugar labels, including new technical standards and an alternative label for packaging with limited printing space.
