The Clean Sri Lanka Programme urged the public to report mosquito breeding places to the Dengue Relief Centre hotline 011 796 6366. At a meeting chaired by the Secretary to the President on July 5, officials reviewed ongoing dengue control work and plans for the coming weeks. The special operation that began the same day covers 23 high-risk zones in the Western Province across Colombo, Gampaha and Kalutara districts.
