Dengue cases surge past 58,000 as Colombo remains worst-affected district
The National Dengue Control Unit said 3,422 dengue patients were reported in the first few days of July, bringing the recent total to 58,810.
The National Dengue Control Unit said 3,422 dengue patients were reported in the first few days of July, bringing the recent total to 58,810. It said deaths have risen to 39, high-risk MOH divisions have increased to 142, and Colombo has reported the largest number of cases at 12,017.
