A special dengue control operation covering 23 high-risk areas in the Western Province will begin on July 5 under the coordination of the Clean Sri Lanka programme. The operation will involve health officials, the Tri-Forces, police, district and local authorities, and volunteer groups across identified MOH areas in Colombo, Gampaha and Kalutara to intensify mosquito-control work and public participation.
