Condominium sales in Sri Lanka fell 15.2% in the first quarter of 2026 compared with the same period last year, according to the Central Bank's latest Condominium Market Survey. The survey said the Colombo District accounted for 65% of transactions, while the price index for new condominiums in Colombo rose 18.5% from a year earlier.
